몇일전부터 irc접속이 안되고 있습니다. 도와주세요

계속해서 아래와 같은 메시지만 반복됩니다.
제가 알기론 모든 irc서버에 접근한 것임에도 말이죠.

http://www.hanirc.org의 안내에 따라 8080으로 포트변경도 해보았습니다.

여전히 안되고 있습니다.

ddos.hanirc.org/8080 로 변경 해보십시요 !

그, 이메일 주소 같은데하구 이름 쓰시는데를 똑바로 고처서 해보세요.
