Rvm깔다가 에러가 떴어요 ㅠㅠ

루비를 독학하려는 사람입니당!
근데 rvm깔다가 에러가 떠서 해결하고 싶어 글을 올립니다
많은 가르침 부탁합니당
에러는 아래와 같습니다

/etc/apt/sources.list를 쳐도 허가 거부가 계속 떠서 들어가지 못하고 있습니다 ㅠㅠㅠ 어떻게 해야하죠??
