우분투 종료 때 에러 메세지 뜨면서 하드가 버벅이는 증상 어떻게 해결 하나요?

우분투 종료시에 아래 그림과 같은 메세지가 뜨면서 하드디스크가 2~3번 딸각거리면서 매끄럽지 못하게 종료가 됩니다.

지금까지 우분투8.04를 10번정도 설치 삭제를 반복한것 같은데, 3번중 1번은 이런증상이 나타나네요.

설치 때 마다 뭐가 조금씩 달라지나 봅니다.

재대로 종료시에는 하드디스크가 스~윽 하면서 부드럽게 멈추었습니다.

3시간동안 이것 저것 다 설치하고 셋팅했는데, 요것 하나 때문에 다시 설치하려니 갑갑하네요.

재설치 하지않고 해결할 수 있는 방법 좀 부탁드립니다.

저건 하드와 상관 없는 네트워크매니저일 뿐인걸요 =.=
저도 저 메시지 나옵니다.
그냥 그러려니 하는게 정신 건강에 좋습니다. :)

메세지는 서비스에서 "비정상 종료 보고 지원" 체크 뻬보시거나
sudo gedit /etc/rc.local 해서
exit 0 위에 /usr/bin/clear 을 삽입 하여 보십시요

종료시 하드 소음도 서비스에서 acpid , apmd (전원 관리자) 와 하드 성능 관리자(hdparm)
그리고 그놈파워메니저 등을 살펴 보시기 바랍니다.

방법이 좀 어이없어서 그렇지 잘 되더군요;

음 저도 이 메시지가 어그제 부터 뜨길래 도대체 뭐지 했는데…
참 해결방법이 희한하군요…
